Restaurant Iris

Iris is a unique restaurant located at Salmon Eye. The restaurant offers “expedition dining,” where you, as a guest, embark on a culinary and scenic expedition.

Salmon Eye is a project initiated and owned by Eide. Eide has been farming for three generations, and Salmon Eye is one of several projects that demonstrate the standard set by Eide for the future of aquaculture.
